Depending on hair volume, warm 2-6 drops of oil in your hands and evenly distribute throughout your hair or beard. The oil can be left in for days or minutes before washing out, depending on desired level of hydration and naturally required wash frequency. You may also find it useful to use sparingly in order to decrease frizz and add weight to freshly washed hair. The scalp should be avoided if you plan to use the oil on a daily basis for hair strength or natural styling.

Wash out thoroughly via your usual routine or by using our Honey and Maca Root Shampoo. Double cleansing is recommended to completely remove the oil.

Skin Health

Being that the hair is an extension of the skin, it has been found that the oil can also provide these same moisturizing nutrients to the skin itself. In addition to this, many of the organic ingredients have UV protectant qualities, enabling the use of the oil for very mild sun protection and recovery. We recommend thinking of it as more of an all-natural tanning oil as opposed to drawing any comparisons to the numerous evils of modern sunscreen. We cannot legally assign a UV rating.
